A Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK (PCC) is continuing its Moving to Portugal Show and Seminars roadshow this autumn, with events scheduled for London and Edinburgh in October and November.
The initiative connects prospective residents, investors and entrepreneurs from the UK and Ireland with Portuguese companies and specialist advisers in areas including property, investment, taxation, legal services, banking, pensions, financial planning, healthcare, education and relocation.
According to AIMA’s Migration and Asylum Report 2024, published in October 2025, more than 54,000 British and Irish citizens were resident in Portugal at the end of 2024, including 48,238 UK citizens and 6,081 Irish citizens.
The resident community represents potential opportunities for Portuguese companies providing products and services to individuals and families relocating to Portugal, as well as investors and business owners seeking to develop commercial links with the country.
The remaining events will combine exhibitions with expert-led seminars covering the financial, legal and practical aspects of relocating to, investing in or establishing a business in Portugal.
