Telenor Shared Services opens new hub in Lisbon

Norwegian telecom operator Telenor, through Telenor Shared Services (TSS), established an HR Service Desk to serve the Nordic countries and a new Nordic People Portal in Lisbon.
The Nordic 'People Portal' has been opened for traffic from both Telenor Sweden and DNA in Finland, making it a joint, one-stop-shop for all support across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement within all Nordic business units. The concept is based on self-service, with relevant information from all four business units structured in a new, user-friendly content layout. If users are unable to find answers within the People Portal, the Lisbon team is now prepared to provide support.
