Lisbon ranks in Top 10 most attractive cities

According to the Portugal Business News, Lisbon ranks in Top 10 cities by number of students, according to Europe’s Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) report by JLL.
Lisbon also ranks among the most attractive cities to invest in student residences in Europe, since Portugal’s capital ranks 1st city in Europe in terms of annual rental growth of student accommodation, both for Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and for the Private Rental Sector (PRS).
