2nd best olive oil production

According to The Portugal News, olive oil production exceeded 1.75 million hectolitres in 2023, which corresponds to the second most productive olive growing campaign ever.
The 2023 Agricultural Statistics from INE indicate, however, that the high moisture content of the olives made the extraction of oil difficult, which resulted in a lower olive oil yield.
