Omdesign® has secured 7th place in the global ranking of the world's best creative agencies, presented by the World Brand Design Society, which annually recognises the most prestigious companies on an international scale.
This achievement places Portugal in the spotlight of the global creative landscape, bolstering the reputation of Portuguese design and the excellence of the Leça da Palmeira-based agency. According to Diogo Gama Rocha, Managing Director of Omdesign®, “reaching the Top 7 of the world’s best agencies is a recognition that honours us greatly and fills us with pride. This result is proof of the consistency, rigour, creativity, and dedication we pour into every project, and it also demonstrates the ability of Portuguese design to stand out internationally.”
Furthermore, nine awards were presented to Omdesign® in the latest edition of the WBDS Awards – Agency Design. In the “Packaging Design: Product Creation” category, the winning projects were: Schloss Johannisberg Ex Bibliotheca, CR&F XO Cask Strength, Menin Maria Fernanda, Havendo Tempo, the Quinta do Crasto Tawny Port range, Quinta de Ventozelo Essência olive oil, A Torre by Anselmo Mendes, and Blue Sail.
In the “Packaging Design: Sustainable Development” category, the standout was OMd’vine, a self-promotional project celebrating the 27 cycles of nature that have shaped Omdesign®. Created from repurposed vineyard pruning materials, the project transforms waste into a resource and highlights the agency’s commitment to "The Luxury of Sustainability"—an approach that blends creativity, environmental responsibility, and sophistication.
