Kyaia expands portfolio with the acquisition of AsPortuguesas - The Portuguese group has acquired the eco-friendly footwear brand AsPortuguesas.

The Portuguese group has acquired the eco-friendly footwear brand AsPortuguesas, also from Portugal, for an undisclosed sum. Kyaia already owns the Fly London and Softinos brands.

Amorim Cork Ventures, the incubator of Corticeira Amorim, and its founding partner Pedro Abrantes have announced the sale of their stake in Ecochic Portuguesas, the owner of the AsPortuguesas footwear brand, to the Kyaia Group. The Kyaia Group already owns the Fly London and Softinos brands.

In a statement that does not disclose the value of the deal, it is revealed that Kyaia now owns 100% of the company’s capital.
