Génération strengthens its presence in Portugal

French company Génération, a key player in the management of group and individual health and provident insurance contracts, is pursuing its development in Portugal with the opening of its 3rd office.
After successfully establishing itself in Lisbon and Leiria, the company has chosen Coimbra to consolidate its presence.

This opening is a concrete expression of the company's ambition to grow strongly and sustainably in Portugal.

Génération, which has 1,300 employees between France and Portugal, including 400 in Portugal, plans to recruit a further 200 employees in Coimbra over the next 2/3 years.

The Coimbra site will offer a modern, stimulating working environment to promote collective efficiency and team well-being.

This multi-site organization is in line with Generation’s territorial development, and also with the company's ambition to offer its employees rich and evolving career paths: internal mobility between its different sites and its different professions.
