Körber Business Area Supply Chain celebrated the groundbreaking of its newest manufacturing facility in Santo Tirso, Portugal.
The site will boost Körber’s logistics and manufacturing capacity, focusing on advanced supply chain technologies and integrating mechanical, electrical, and software automation. It will also include an R&D space for innovation and prototyping. Körber plans to employ over 400 staff members, creating jobs across Customer Service, Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, QA, Procurement, Project Management, Solution Design, and Sales.
