Greece will host the 72nd FCEM World Congress for the first time, from November 3 to 5, 2025, in Athens.

This context allows to provide a brief overview of FCEM – Les Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales, the global movement behind the Congress. Established in 1945 in France, FCEM is the world’s largest international network of women entrepreneurs, currently representing more than 5 million members in 120 countries across five continents. A non-profit, non-governmental, non-political and non-sectarian body, FCEM’s mission is to promote the visibility of women business leaders, advocate for the elimination of barriers to entrepreneurship, strengthen solidarity and intercultural understanding, and foster global partnerships and professional advancement for women.
The Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs (SEGE) is the national organization representing and advancing women’s entrepreneurship in Greece. Since its establishment in 1997, SEGE has been at the forefront of promoting gender equality in the business world, offering a wide range of initiatives in advocacy, capacity building, networking and mentoring. Its work supports the personal and professional growth of women entrepreneurs and contributes meaningfully to the country’s social and economic development.
