Dstsolar: Innovative solar energy solutions in Portugal

Dstsolar specialises in engineering and construction solutions for solar energy generation. The company stands out for innovative projects, such as installing the first large-scale floating solar project in Portugal and creating the first industrial renewable energy community in the country.
The dstgroup identified the environmental economy as strategic for its growth at the end of the 1990s and created dstsolar. Over two decades, the company has installed more than 150 MW (megawatts) of power in the various projects that make up its portfolio. The company is involved in project execution, operation, and maintenance, and develops solutions for industrial clients, such as self-consumption production units with capacities ranging between 100 and 1,000 kilowatts (KW)." It has a team of around 60 employees across the engineering, production, operations and maintenance, sales and back-office departments.
