According to The Portugal News, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport in Porto is considered to be the second-best airport in Europe, according to a ranking carried out by Holidu, based on data from Google Maps and thousands of reviews and ratings that indicate which airports offer exceptional experiences, as well as those that need to be improved.
With a rating of 4.4 on Google Maps and more than 26,608 reviews, the airport registered a significant improvement compared to the previous year, having moved up one place, only behind Istanbul Airport (Turkey) which received the same rating, but based on more than 100 thousand reviews.
The Top 5 of the best European airports also includes Athens Airport (Greece), Prague Airport (Czech Republic), and Zurich Airport (Switzerland).
As for the worst airports ranked in this ranking, the top spot belongs to Heraklion Airport (Greece), followed by Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (France), Manchester (United Kingdom), Berlin Willy-Brandt Airport (Germany) and Charleroi Bruxelles-Sud (Belgium).
