Natixis opens competence centre in Lisbon

The company, part of Groupe BPCE – Europe’s fourth-largest banking group – has been in Portugal since 2017 through its competence centre in Porto, which now employs nearly 3,000 people. Operations focus on IT, investment banking, risk, and innovation, and recruitment begins in September 2025, with the goal of leveraging Lisbon’s dynamic talent pool and proximity to tech and financial ecosystems.
Soprema invests over 100M€ to expand its industrial capabilities in Portugal

Havi TechHUB announces strategic expansion in Lisbon

According to the Digital Decade 2025 Report, Portugal reaches 98.7% of overall 5G coverage, above the EU average of 94.3%, demonstrating a robust connectivity infrastructure.
Portugal is EU’s third largest tomato producer
