Transcom opened its second site in Porto, third in Portugal. The contact centre is a multilingual hub, serving national and international clients in several languages.

The exceptional climate and quality of life have attracted young, well-educated people from all over Europe, making it very interesting as we are looking to expand our multilingual offering. In Porto, we can create an appealing offer for our clients by offering native-level services for eight languages from one site”, says Fernando Oliveira, Country Manager at Transcom Portugal.
With this new centre, the company expects to grow with more than 300 positions throughout the year and deliver services in multiple languages. Recruitment will be done locally and through relocation from other European countries.
