MOVE has launched a new tool that facilitates the selection, hiring, management and onboarding of
foreign candidates for jobs in Portugal - Teo (Tech Expat Onboarding), which brings together the areas of law and technology in an innovative way.
This platform was created to support companies in dealing easily and effectively with all the bureaucracy involved in the process of hiring a new employee. Besides solidifying the community of developers, the intention of this project is to search for tech talent, and candidates who need support with their CVs or with their relationship with recruiters, and companies who need support with international mobility.
